This room is a room that we call 9 and 3/4 ers as it is between rooms. It doesn't look like an ensuite at the moment but it is right before you go into Bedroom 1 from the landing and is sort of part of the landing at the moment. It has a large airing cupboard, with a hot water tank (needs replacing) and room enough for a single bed for a grandchild at times. It could stay as a dressing room but aftually would make a lovely master ensuite. This would mean we end up with 4 bedrooms instead of 5 and each bedroom would have an ensuite shower room. The way of things in the future.
