Room-by-Room Changes

These photos show how each room or space has been changed, from the day we purchased the house, through to a warm, dry, comfy place to call home. This is taking time, not only due to plans and building control but also to waiting for the best but busiest builder in a remote and beautiful place to live. The builder, Sandy, and his mate Neil arrived towards the end of August 2024 and were with us until the end of September 2025.

Everything was in the 'camping' phase where a few rooms were made habitable for the moment and the rest are either storerooms or work in progress. We are now getting a few rooms into final phase but still have a large number of boxes to unpack and either sell, ditch or place the contents somewhere. Decorating is ongoing - Oct 2025
