The Kennels
Building A House

Building of The Kennels

The 'breaking ground' date of the 02 Jun 2010 was the start of the project and the house was handed over from the builder as a new build on the 03 Dec 2010 once the payment for the house had gone through. Six months, start to finish for this stage of the building.

The new build status meant that the house structure was finished, kitchen and bathrooms all finished, all walls and ceilings painted, water and electricity all switched on and boiler working but other than that it was a blank canvas to be made into a home.

First job, build the replacement shed further down the garden
